Is ShopSite v8.1 compatible with FreeBSD v6.x?

The "ShopSite System Requirements" page of the Help Center only talks about FreeBSD v4.3 and v5.x and I was wondering if anyone has performed an install on a FreeBSD v6.x server (specifically v6.2 in my case).

Would I need to install the v4.x compatibility libraries as one would need to do if running Free BSD v5.x?

Yes, you would need to install all compatibility libraries, ShopSite v8.1 is (as with previous versions) compiled on FreeBSD 4, so any newer versions of FreeBSD would need the v4x backward compatibility libs.
