Firefox problems...

We recently discovered that when downloading orders as a batch that Firefox will cut off the second page of orders that are 2+ pages, and will add a blank page for any that are just 1 page long.

We had the hardest time figuring out why on some days we could print all the orders with all pages, no problems, but other times pages would be added/missing.

In order to print batches correctly, you need to use IE.

Please correct this problem so that FireFox can use this feature too.

This would be a Firefox bug, not a ShopSite bug. All the ShopSite 'print' button on the View Orders screen does is invoke your browser's print functions as if you had clicked the browser's print button itself. The browser should then print what is viewed on the browser screen. It is your desktop application (the Firefox browser) that is then interacting with your printer to send the data in the visible browser screen to it, ShopSite is out of the picture at that point.
