shipping charges

hi,
at this time we are not charging any shipping (included in price)...
is there a way to just charge shipping to other than USA orders??

Try this:

In the backoffice, go to Commerce Setup -> Shipping

All shipping options appear to be setup here. There is a checkbox
you can use for "enable free shipping" and you can setup which
countries are allowed as well.
