download products

I am just getting started.
When I download my products database into the browser and then save as a
text file and then paste that into an Excel spread sheet, it will paste into
only two fields? How do you get the database to sort into the required
separate field?
Are there any downloadable, preformatted, excel spreadsheet or MS Access
2000 database that will accept import of this data?

TA,

I used the download database in shopsite, then instaed of copy and paste
into excell, I opebed excell first then asked excell to open the database
file. It opened the file perfectly in excell. I did not copy and paste,
just let excell find the file and openit that way.Kevin Sullivan
