Can anyone tell me how to make changes to the look of the pagination in Pro V. 8.1? I want to use icons instead of the Prev Next text links but can't find anywhay to get to them.

Preferences > Store Text > Store Pages use the fields Prev, Prev Set, Next, Next Set .
Put the code for the image you want to display in the text field. You can get the code you need to use by going to the Images section and use the Edit Image attributes option to get something like this:
