Header Change not See When Checking Out.

I updated our header and footer in the store.

The change is seen by the http://store.globalsmartenergy.com
but not by the check out at https://store.globalsmartenery.com When I go to check out it is displaying the old header HTML so I get errors on the secure check out as the old HTML has some direct paths in it.

I have regenerated the site, but it does not work. Am I missing something?

The cart screens each have their own header and footer screens, see the 'Text at the top of the - screen' and 'Text at the bottom of the - screen' settings in Commerce Setup -> Order System submenus that correspond to each cart screen, i.e. the initial shopping cart screen, the checkout screen, the confirmation screen (if enabled) and the thankyou receipt screen. The Customer Registration screens, which are secure screens as well, also have their own header/footer setup in Commerce Setup -> Customer Registration -> Configure.
