Not save shipping address

Pro 8.1.2 - I have registered customers who will be sending in multiple orders per day. When they log in to send a new order, they have the option to choose the shipping address. However, the new shipping address will always be a new address.

Is there a way to not save each shipping address? They have to scroll down unitl they get to the Add new Ship To selection.

It's not necessary to store the ship to address, only the bill to address since the bill to address will always be the same.

If this is not possible, where can I go in and move the Add New Ship To option to the top of that screen instead of the it being on the bottom and them having to scroll to it?

No, but the shopper can go into their account settings every once in a while and delete the saved shipping addresses. That's pretty easy to do.

Can I edit the page so that the New Ship To comes on top instead underneath the rest of the addresses?

I know there's not a setting but I can edit the file on the server?
