V6 Order Page/shipping address

It's probably too late or maybe its been done already.... So many people
miss the little check box at the bottom of the order page (use separate
shipping address) even though we have it in CAPS and in red and a note on
the billing/checkout page. They end up just using the ship address in the
bill fields or combine the 2 together. This means address verification "no
matches", phone calls and headaches.
Most web sites have the bill to and ship to on the same page so that they
can be seen together; with a simple auto fill if bill=ship. This is the
logical way..

In v6 there is a button on the checkout screen now to choose to add the
shipping address fields from that screen. What I would do, if I were a
ShopSite Pro merchant at least, would be to have the Separate Shipping Address
box checked by default (can be set that way in Commerce Setup -> Order System)
and then when they go into the cart they will be presented with both billing
and shipping address fields by default and there will be a button on the
checkout screen they can use to get rid of the separate shipping address if
they don't want to use it.
