We are using Shopsite v6.0.3 and use the comments box on the shipping page
for customers to indicate special shipping instructions. Apparently,
anything they type in this box is being saved in their cookie and then shows
up on their next order as well.
Is there a way to insure that this box always starts empty? If not, is there
a way to just turn off the cookies altogether so customers will just have to
type in everything?

Re: cookies and comment fields
This issue was fixed in I believe ShopSite 7.0 or maybe even 6.3. The
current release version is 8.1 so your are a number of version out of
date. If you upgrade to the latest version the problem will be resolved.
To see a list of features in newer versions go to
http://shopsite.com/help and click on the link "new features in ShopSite
8.1." at the top of the version table. There are links on that page to
previous version enhancements.
