Gift Cert Email Subject

I can not seem to find where to define the subject line for emailed gift
certificate emails.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Hi Rick

You can define the email subject within the [-- DEFINE
GIFT_CERTIFICATE_EMAIL --] section of a custom gift certificate template.

Thanks Chris,

I do not see anywhere in the template that I can specify what to put in the
email subject line. My emails are being sent without a subject line. I
checked the knowledge base and I can not find what tag is needed to define
the email subject line.

Do you know how to properly code the template?

Preferences > Store Text > Gift Certificate > Shopping Cart section >
Gift Certificate::

It can't be changed using a template.

Thanks Jim, my mistake. You can set the "title" of a HTML email in the
template, which is what we do.
