Associate tracking not working (yet)

Hi,

1) I set up an associate tracking test with latest pro version and I am not
getting any emails sent to the associate nor am I getting the associates
order to show up in the backoffice.

The orders are working in the cart and resultin emails, etc are all working.

The associate test page is here:

http://www.vantelpearls.com/ever-liz.html

It goes to a page called vantelpearls.com/rings2.html which is also just a
test page in shopsite.

2) it appears form the instructions that the associate can be directed to
the store home page and it will then still track the sale once the client
goes to a product page, correct?

3) If my store home page is outside of shopsite, but then the product pages
are inside shopsite, will the associate track still work?

4) Is there an actual hard copy manual for shopsite pro?

Sorry for all the questions, just newbe stuff...

Hi,

I didn't realize that I needed to check the new orders first to allow the
tracking features to compile the associates systems results and email. It
works great and I am please with shopsite for this feature!
