Warning when accessing order download page

Occasionally I see a warning when accessing the order download page:
"Warning: your orders were last accessed from a different computer". The
previous download was indeed from a different computer at the same IP
address but it has accessed the download page many times before, although
not for a few weeks. I'm guessing for the "Computer ID" you are reading back
a cookie which has expired on that particular computer? In that case, no
problem, although the help might want to provide the additional explanation
for the unexpected warning.
