We are running Shopsite 7.0.5 on a Windows 2000 Server. When the "New Order"
tab is selected, the site will stall and eventually time out with a CGI
Timeout error. We believe the culprit to be the 1.5GB Windows log file that
Shopsite needs to read. We are going to archive the log file in sync with
our web usage reports (so we don't lose a day of reports) but we were
curious to see if anyone has any experiece to share regarding this error.
