email with ups or fedex tracking number

I am using shopsite 8. is there any way to send emails to customer with a
ups or fedex tracking number?

There is no functionality to do this within ShopSite. The easiest way
to do it would be to use the merchant copy of the email receipt and
forward that to the shopper with the tracking number.
