How do I add a checkout button to an order-anywhere block?
It currently has add-to-cart and view-cart.

Re: checkout button?
Correct. There are only Add and View Cart and from the cart itself you
go to the checkout screen. The shopping cart screen does all
calculations for the order. Doing it this way you know before you put in
your payment info how much your order total will be. This is
different from some other shopping carts where the first thing you do in
the checkout process is enter your payment info without ever knowing
what your final cost will be.
