credit card numbers

I just noticed that the order download text file contains the customer
credit card number. We use Authorize.net for processing. Is there a
setting in Shopsite or Authorize.net to - out the credit card number in
the order file?

I didn't get any response from anyone on my question below. Am I the only
one that gets the complete credit card number in the downloaded Shopsite
order file? I have looked for a way to turn this off without success. Is
there a way to not have the credit card number appear in the Shopsite order
download file?

We get it also. Our host (Lexiconn) indicates that it can be turned off so it
doesn't display on printed orders from the back office (via a global setting
that they can edit, not from within the user controls). However, we never
bothered to ask about the download file, as we need to get the CC numbers
somewhere (we do offline processing--I assume you don't).

Thanks for the input. We don't do any offline processing and for occasional
order adustments we can access the transaction in Authorize.net. I will ask
Lexiconn if they can turn the credit card number for me.
