flat shipping by country?

can I do flat shipping by country (or global zone) with shopsite?

For example, in the US, I charge a flat shipping of $4.95, and for all
international orders I charge $12.

I'd like to make sure that only US residents see the $4.95 shipping and only
international customers can choose the $12 shipping.

Is this possible?

Rodney,

It's possible with a custom shipping program written for ShopSite Pro's
Custom Shipping Add-on api. It is not possible with any of the other
shipping methods.
