Sales tax and no sales tax

Just recently my sales tax under my shopsite 5.1 Pro is defaulting to "I
live in Nevada" as opposed to "I do not live in Nevada" this is causing a
problem. I have not changed anything and alphabetically it should be the
other way, I even have it listed properly in shopsite, it has never done
this before but it is now and causing me to get a lot of erroneous sales tax
collected charges. So far it is only happening on 1 of my 3 Shopsite stores
all identical .

We are having the same problem and I have tried everything to fix it but to no
avail. Quirky little program this "Shop Site".

Don,
Your enhancement request that you sent in today points out where the
problem lies. If the text field for the add to cart and view cart
buttons is empty, because you have selected images and then deleted the
text, this problem occurs.

We will look into exactly what is happening but in the mean time the
solution is to make sure that the text portion of those fields contains
some text.
