Work around for Free Shipping and Coupon...

My only problem with ShopSite is how it handles Coupons and Free
Shipping. I offer Free Shipping on all orders in the US over 75.00. I
also offer special groups a discount via Coupon Codes. If a customer's
total is over 75.00 and then they apply the coupon code bringing the
total down below 75.00 ShopSite will not add the Shipping Charge back
in. Since many customers pay via PayPal I am having a problem here
trying to get them to pay up since the cart is calculating this.

Please tell me there is some sort of workaround for this?

Go to Commerce Setup -> Shipping and in the Free Shipping section change
the radio button in the 'Minimum Amount' section from 'use Product
Total' to 'use Subtotal Total', and Save Changes.

Thank you for your reply...I wonder what the problem is then if this is
supposed to work. I have it set up just like this...however, when they
use a Coupon Code it does not recalculate and add on the shipping charge
based on the new subtotal. So it still gives them free shipping when
they should be charged for it.
