Shopsite inventory tracking

We are thinking of trying the shopsite inventory tracking features, but
thought before we tried it we would see if any users here have any feedback,
good or bad. It looks like the feature would be good for providing feedback
to us when inventory on an item is low. I would not want to use the feature
that keeps a customer from ordering something that has low inventory. If I
understand that part, if there is no entry in the out of stock box, it won't
limit a customer from ordering.

We curently track inventory in Quickbooks.

Anyway, any comments/advice would be appreciated.
