POSIM and ShopSite

My client is using POSIM - Point-of-Sale Inventory Maintenance - on his MAC.
We are currently upgrading him to the most recent version of ShopSite.

However, his online inventory is increasing rapidly and he can no longer
keep up.

Is there a way to get both of these systems to work together - POSIM and
ShopSite?

Sorry, never heard of POSIM before, so I don't know what it is capable
of. ShopSite Manager and Pro can both export products and orders in a
tab-delimited text file format, so if POSIM can import these files,
maybe that is the way to do it.

We have a ShopSite storefront with approx 600 items, but the retail store
uses POSIM as their point of sale and inventory management program - they
are thinking of eliminating ShopSite altogether unless the two can work
together.

I am not knowledgable enough to know if they do.

I would appreciate any help I can get.
