How do you change the body tag in shop site?

Shop site generates the body as

<body background=
"http://www.collectiblesunlimited.com/store/media/backgrd.jpg" width=1202
height=11 alt="backgrd.jpg" bgcolor="#FFFFFF" text="#000000" link="#00008B"
vlink="#8B0000" alink="#FF0000" >

I want my page left and top borders = 0 so I need

<body background=
"http://www.collectiblesunlimited.com/store/media/backgrd.jpg" MARGINHEIGHT
= "0" MARGINWIDTH = "0" LEFTMARGIN="0" TOPMARGIN="0" bgcolor=#ffffff
text=#000000 link=#00008b vlink=#8b0000 alink=#ff0000>

Any suggestions

Kevin,
Have you tried just putting the margin information in the image attributes
instead of the width, height, alt ?

How would I do that - I think the image attributes for the background is
pregenerated by shop site
