FTP - How long until images appear in the drop down

Hi Everyone,

I recently used coffee cup to upload about 131 images to my media directory
and am wondering how long it will take for them to appear in images list?
Please advise.

All of the files were uploaded to the appropriate directory successfully.

You must make sure that the images have the appropriate owner/
permissions so that they can be seen by the webserver. Normally ftp
users have a different userid than the webserver so you will have to
change them to be correct for the webserver.
