Odd Error Message

I had a customer receive an error message which I have never seen before. I
am the third person on the telephone chain, but this is what I have:
'data/stonestore/ip/ssmsb 109.3200.688.2524'
It also said something about 'front_basket new'. The customer was attempting
to add an item to his cart when he received the message. We do know that he
was running IE. It is very little to go on, but if you have any suggestions,

This is usually caused by a disk space issue (or file permissions), both
things you will need to contact your hosting provider about.
