Authorize.Net

I have a client who would like to be able to accept credit card
transactions using Authorize.Net.

Assuming I can do this with ShopSite SC Pro 6.1.1, how would I go about
setting this up?

Contact Authorize.net and get an account set up, then they would rpovide
you with your Authorize.net account information that you would enter in
ShopSite's Authorize.net settings in Commerce Setup -> Payment -> select
the Authorize.net radio button in the Processor section -> Configure
Processor.

I'm not sure about 6.1.1 because we're using 7.0, but the procedure was as
follows:

1) Establish an AuthorizeNet account at http://www.authorizenet.com/
2) You'll get a temporary login and password that you'll have to change,
and you'll also have to set up a "secret question" and "secret
answer" --
this comes up later when you go to obtain a Transaction Key
3) After your account is established, log in as a Merchant
4) On the Welcome page that comes up after logging in, click on "Settings"
in the left-hand navigation
5) Under "Security" click on "Obtain Transaction Key"
6) Enter your secret question answer and click Submit
7) Copy (and save somewhere else) the Transaction Key and put it into
ShopSite under Commerce Setup ---> click on "Payment"
Under "Processor" click the radio button for AuthorizeNet and click
"Configure Processor"
9) There are 6 fields here that you'll have to fill in:
Order Transaction Type -- ours is set to "AUTH_ONLY" (without quotes)
Billing Transaction Type -- we entered "PRIOR_AUTH_CAPTURE"
Timeout -- 60
Login ID -- [your AuthorizeNet Login ID]
Password -- [your AuthorizeNet Password]
Transaction Key -- [the Transaction Key you obtained above]
10) Check other boxes as needed and Save Changes
