Customer Registration Template

I am going through my first round of combining a site¹s current design in to
SS templates. The documentation I see tells me that after you create the
template, you go to Commerce Setup > Order System > Layout screen to choose
the template. That is only the case for the Shopping Cart template from
what I see. I do not see any other choices for what templates to use with
each process.

The shopping cart template is chosen in Commerce Setup -> Order System
-> Layout. The shopping cart template is comprised of sections within
the template for each screen of the shopping cart flow, which includes
the shopping cart, checkout, confirmation, thankyou, and HTML-formatted
email. The customer registration screens use a separate template, which
is selected in the Commerce Setup -> Customer Registration -> Configure
menu.
