Customer Registration

I love the feature--it seems to be working pretty well.

Just one question: Why when you are viewing the registered customer
information can't you view the number of past orders and most recent
order date? This would be an excellent feature for assigning customers
to groups and offering special promotions--for example, an extra 10% off
to registered customers who haven't ordered in 6 months to "bring them
back" or even the example listed in the Shopsite documentation (save 10%
off your 5th order or some such). Also, why can you only download the
e-mail address or name, etc...not the complete information that is saved
for the customer..there's a lot of good information in there that it
would be useful to have access to (I guess this is a Feature
Enahancement Request). I didn't even see an ability to download the
registration database like the other databases can be (Products and
Orders). Also, it allows the merchant to edit the customer's NAME but
nothing else....I think it'd be useful to be able to edit their address
data (for example if the give an incorrect address on an order and I
catch it, I'd like to fix it in their file because I KNOW they aren't
going to edit and fix the stored info for their next order.....)
