Minicart Issue

We've been testing out the minicart in our own templates and have ran into a
problem with is being displayed which I haven't been able to figure out yet.
The minicart displays fine when there are items in the cart, but when their
are no items, the minicart displays fine, but then it seems like the table
code for the minicart is not completed, so then that screws up the rest of
the page, anybody run into this problem or something like it?

Solved the problem. Had cut and pasted the wrong coding, got it working
now.
