UPS and State Abbreviation

Hi,

Any one receive customer complaints of trying to check out but can't because
UPS continues to reject their 2 letter state abbreviation? Our customers DO
input the proper 2 letter state abbreviation but they still get rejected by
UPS. This happens intermittently but enough to annoy the hell out of our
customers.

Go to Commerce Setup -> State and Country and switch to using a
pull-down for State rather than a text entry field.
