More Info Page

I am new to ShopSite (got fed up with Yahoo Stores). There seem to be a
fair number of messages about the lack of a similar look and feel on the
More Info page as compared to the template being used by the web site.

What is the best solution to fix this problem? Are there any plans to fix
this problem in ShopSite itself? Am I doomed to needing to learn how to
develop custom templates?

The More Info Pages can have the page header/footer (configured in
Preferences -> Page Header and Footer) applied to them, the
configuration for that is in Preferences -> More Info Pages. Colors can
also be changed there. Depending on what page template you are using,
this may or may not look like your regular Pages, since all of the
default product templates have the same basic look for the More Info
Page. The More Info Page layout is defined in the product template, so
if you do go the custom template route, it is a custom product template
you would be working with (at least for this issue).

We use custom page/product templates and so our more-info pages look
exactly like the rest of our pages... they're easy to set up. You should
give them a try.
