Handling bug

Hello,

I posted a message on a handling bug in ShopSite 7; I wanted to know if
anyone else can replicate it:

Any time we use a handling charge that is based on a multiple of the
shipping total, the charge fails to be reflected in the shipping selector,
but shows up in the final shipping charges. Any other handling charge
formula seems to work fine.

Can anyone else replicate this?

The problem has been verified and the developers are working on a fix
for a patch release.
