edit old Checkout screen

We upgraded from SS 6.3 to SS 7. In 6.3, I created some messages at the top
of the checkout screen using the backoffice. I can't get to these HTML
messages anymore.

Nevermind. I found it under Commerce-->Order System-->Shipping.
