Limiting Transaction Sizes & Quantities

Is there any way to limit the size of any one transaction?
For example: No purchases over $500.


Is there any way to limit the number of transactions per customer (per
time period)?
For example: No purchases over $500 per day.
For example: No purchases over $5000 per week.
For example: No more than 10 purchases per day.


Is there any way to limit the number of transactions per CREDIT CARD:
For example: You may not use this credit card for this purchase
because it has been used for more than 100 purchases
this week.
For example: You may not use this credit card because another
customer has this credit card registered.
