Internal Server Error with Digital Downloads

How do I find out what causes this error when my customer tries to
download their order? "internal server error or misconfiguration " . I
have looked in the server log file and can't find anything there.
Everything
looks to be in order, as far as the product properties go. This is with
SSp v6.
