Bizland- Backing Up Shopsite

Does anyone know where my pre-published data resides on Bizlands server?
Bizland downgraded my subscription from Pro to Starter (mistake on their
part) so i'm scrambling to fix the mess. In Pro I could just download my
data on to my machine, but starter doesn't allow me to download my data, but
will allow me to "back it up". I want to be able to get to the folder that
Bizland backs up into so that I can load my data back on correctly without
having to rely on Bizland to do it (they told me in order to correct their
problem that the will have to do a new "clean" install then I'll have to
re-upload my data). I can access my "store" directory with my FTP program,
but it only contains the pages once they've been "published" by Shopsite and
I can't access any other folders.

Unfortunately you will need to get that information from Bizland.
