password problem - HELP!

I went in and changed the password for my client and sent him the new
password. He is unable to get in using that password.

Since my computer is still logged in, I went to a different computer and
tried logging in with the new password and cannot do it. I must have typed
the password incorrectly .....

Question: how do I tell what the password is .... and ... I'm still logged
in.

There is nowhere in ShopSite to see the password in plain text. ShopSite
on UNIX platforms uses the webserver's .htpasswd password-protecting
mechanism, so your host should be able to reset the password on your
ShopSite backoffice/admin directory using utilities that came with the
webserver. If your host provides a web-based administration tool for
your site in general and it has a password setting/changing utility for
directories, you may also be able to use this to reset the password on
that directory.
