CVV2 Help pop-up on checkout screen not displaying

I've received many complaints that the CVV2 Help screen on the checkout page
does not display.
My first thoughts were that they had a pop-up eliminiator but most said they
didn't (or didn't know if they did). It works for me just fine. What am I
doing wrong? Do I need to move it to my normal page folders?

I tried your CVV2 Help and it worked for me. The link to ours is:
http://www.shopsite.com/help/6.3/en-US/ ... .help.html. Only
difference is the .../6.2/... in the address you use.
