Shipping Weight of Zero

Hello All,

Question: We use UPS realtime shipping rates. We have a couple of items
where we don't want to charge for S&H.

I read the manual where it says to set the Minimum shipping weight to zero,
which I have done, and still charging.

Help, please!

Setting the weight to 0 is only going to work if you are using the
manual Shipping by Weight tables. UPS is going to give you a base rate
for any package, regardless of how light it is.

Try going to Products, select the product in question from the list, and
click Edit Product Info. Look for a checkbox labeled "No Shipping
Charges" (near where the weight is set). I can't remember what version
of ShopSite Pro this option was added in, but if you have Pro and don't
see this option there then perhaps you can request that your host
upgrade you to a newer version. If this checkbox is checked, the product
should be excluded from shipping calculations.
