shoppingn cart header

I am using ShopSite TX Lite 4.1, provided via my ISP. Is it possible within
this version to change the header of the Shopping Cart page? Currently it is
the default provided by the ISP, this looks unprofessional as it is
inconsistant with the rest of my site which I developed using Front Page and
added "Buy Anywhere" buttons.

With TX only the Transact administrator (ISP) can change the look of the
shopping cart pages.
