Simply Accounting w/ Shop Site

Postby Craig » Sun Nov 30, 2003 12:50 pm

Hi There,
I'm relatively new to shop site and we are running ShopSite® Manager 6.3.0.

We do not use QuickBooks for making invoices for each customer , we use
Simply Accounting 2003.
Is there a way to take order info (name, address, items ordered.......) and
place it into simply accounting 2003.
Currently we are printing off each order and keying in each order manually
into "Simply".
This is very time consuming, especially when you have over 100 orders
everyday.

Is there an easier way ?? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank you in advance,

Craig

Accounting programs (QuickBooks, Simply Accounting, etc.) are not always the
best programs for managing Web businesses. You might want to check out the
Stone Edge Order Manager for ShopSite (www.StoneEdge.com/OrderManager.htm).
The Order Manager can import your orders from ShopSite, build a searchable
customer list, print invoices, packing slips and labels, send customer
emails, deal with drop shipping and purchase orders, send data to your
credit card gateway and shipping software, and much more. If you are
handling 100 orders per day, the Order Manager can probably save you a huge
amount of time and trouble.

Feel free to give us a call if you would like more information. Also - we
have a major price increase coming December 15th, so if you are interested,
call soon!
