Custom Template - More Information Page

I am attempting my first custom product template and working with More
Information Pages for the first time. I have generated a couple; however,
they don't appear in my List of Pages. Where do More Information Pages live
when they have been created? Also when I change my custom product template,
how do I get the More Information Pages updated? Do you regenerate the
entire store or is there an easier way? Lastly if I delete a product is the
More Information Page for that product automatically deleted?

1) More Info Pages do not show in the list of pages, the contents and
filename of the More Info Page for any given product is define in that
product record (see Products -> Edit Product Info). This is true whether
you are using a built-in product template or a custom product template.

2) When you make a change to a custom template you can either regenerate
the whole site, or if the custom template is just assigned to a
particular test product (or page, if it is a custom page template) then
you can go and edit taht product itself and Save Changes (you don't
actually have to change anything) and that product will be flagged for
the partial regen that occurs when you click the pop-up Publish tab.
Additionally, if you are using ShopSite Pro v6.x you could go to Pages
and use the Preview feature to see how the product lays out on the Page,
but the Preview does not extend to the More Info Pages.

3) In the current versions of ShopSite the More Info Page is not deleted
when the product is deleted. This is true whether or not you are using
custom product templates or the built-in templates.

Thanks for the response. Referencing #3 below is it possible to manually
delete the More Info Pages? I anticipate starting with a couple of hundred
which will build up quickly if they can't bet deleted at all.

Yes, you should be able to delete them manually via FTP or something. By
default if you do not specify a filename for the More Info Pages the
More Info Page filenames will automatically be assigned something like
product[somenumber].html, where [somenumber] is the internal database
record number of the product, so periodically you could delete all
product*.html pages and do a full regeneration of the site and all More
Info Pages for current products will be recreated. If you want to delete
the More Info Pages one by one as you delete the products, I would
recommend assigning a more intuitive filename like
[name_of_your_product].html or, if you have unique SKU's for each
product, [sku].html.
