Most of our users have their credit card charges pre-authorized in ShopSite,
then let the Order Manager capture the funds when they are ready to ship the
order. If you make any changes in the order (the Order Manager makes it easy
to deal with returns, exchanges, backorders and adding, deleting or
modifying line items) you can simply void the original approval and process
a fresh charge for the correct amount right at the Order Managers "virtual
credit card terminal"

We are thinking of turning on the automatic credit card processing
features.
HOWEVER, what do we do if there is somthing that needs to be changed on
the
order?
Like a product is out of stock, or the customer didnt select the correct
sales tax, or they call us and ask us to change the shipping to next
day...
etc.
How are other people dealing with this??
