Deleting Multiple Products from a Specific Page

We have three pages (What's New on Cassette; What's New on Compact Disc;
What's New on MP3 CD) that periodically need to have products deleted from.
I am looking for an efficient way to delete certain products from these
pages. The ideal method would be to edit (remove) these pages from the "In
These Pages" field in our Access database, upload to ShopSite Pro, and (if
ShopSite Pro were "smart" enough) it would remove the products from the
What's New pages.

In that ShopSite (currently) is not "smart" enough (although it's a great
program) to remove something like this, I am looking at using the Arrange
Items to remove products from each What's New page. If I remove the number
for a specific product in the Arrange Items list, will the product be
deleted from the page?

Removing the number from the Arrange Items list will not remove the item
from the page. Removing the product from the "Link Product" field in
a pages database upload file also does not remove the product from the
page. I didn't try removing it from the Product upload field "In These
Pages" but I am pretty sure that that also will not delete it. The
easiest way to do it is to change to Basic editing mode, Click on Page
button, select the appropriate page and uncheck the products you want to
delete. You could also create and upload file for those particular
pages and make changes to that file. When you need to make changes
simply delete the entire page from within ShopSite and upload your new
changes from your file. and republish
