Malware attacked our Site

Hi all,

Our site was recently attacked with Malware. We have removed the Malware and our site is functioning properly. However, Shopsite still is not right. Although the backend of Shopsite seems to be working. We can purchase an item, pick a payment method, and make the purchase. We receive email receipts. All that functioning seems to be happening normally on the back-end. At least from what I can tell at this point.

However, visually on the site, everything looks wrong. All of our pages (even the Management Console) are text-based, with no page graphics at all. The web pages look as if they were straight HTML text output. So although I think these pages are working, they are very difficult to use. The malware did something. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this issue? Suggested solutions are also welcome. Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

As we discussed via email, this was the result of your host changing some redirect settings on your server. We are glad to see that they were able to assist you in getting this resolved.
