Is there a way to have a notification in SS for order placed but not shipped yet?
I know we can add tracking. My customer is looking for a notification that it has not shipped.
Ebay does this.

There is no notification or alert specifically for this, the closest you can get currently is the order search item called 'Tracking E-mail not sent', you can use this search in the Orders menu to find all orders for which a tracking email hasn't yet been sent through ShopSite.
