I did not realize until numerous complaints that customer were not receiving tracking information. The problem is that after importing the orders, the email address in only in the BILL TO address, not the SHIPTO.
If you could have the email address on both side, then SHIPPO could send the customer tracking info.

ShopSite doesn't integrate with Shippo. We only require the one email address be entered by customers. It isn't directly associated to either the bill-to or the ship-to. There is only one. The order information collected when a purchase is made includes the customer email address. This information is available in the order database, and on the various order screens. You can send tracking information to customers in ShopSite Pro through Orders> Manage Orders> Send Tracking>.

I think you meant : ShopSite > Orders > Configure Order Display
Orders> only has a "manage an order" option. You can find info about tracking under "Configure Orders," but you still have to somehow send the tracking number for each customer to ShopSite to get the order sent.
