When orders are placed, this page comes up with an error.

Can someone help me start in on this?

Problems with cgis not running is most often something to do with the
server so the first place to start is with your ISP where your ShopSite
store is hosted. If they can't help and they are a ShopSite partner
then they can contact ShopSite directly for support assistance. If they
are not a ShopSite partner you can purchase support directly from
ShopSite on a yearly basis or per incident by going to
http://shopsite.com/support_pricing.html.
