zip code reject error on international orders

Hi all:

Apparently the credit card billing page insists on a zip code or rejects the
transaction.

Many other countiries do not use zip codes, of course. And I've had
complaints from purchasers that they have had difficulty placing orders --
resorting to a fake zip code in one instance.

Any solutions?

Hi Steve,

all countries you want to sell to, use zip codes. Try customizing the field
ZIP, so that it reads ZIP/Postal Code. A lot of people outside the US do not
know what ZIP stands for.
