Hi,
Under Manage Orders, I want to use the "Send Coupon" function, but it only gives me 4 options for expiration date, none of which I want. In fact, I don't want an expiration date, but I do want it to be used only once. Is there a way to configure this?
Thanks,
Debbie

Re: Change "Send Coupon" expiration date
If you aren’t seeing all of the coupon options you need under the Manage Orders screen you can create a coupon under Merchandising> Coupons> Add Coupon> were you can create a onetime coupon with an expiration date years out.
Coupon Help: https://help.shopsite.com/help/14.0.3/en-US/sc/pro/add.coupon.html
This wouldn't go through the Manager Order screen, but you could add it to the notes, and email the customer either the coupon link or a code.
Note: Once any customer redeems a one time use coupon, it can not be redeemed again, either by the same customer or any other.

Thanks, I know how to create coupons, I just wanted to know about doing it this way. It is a really cumbersome system.
