Reports

On our ISP's system, the reports seem to be working correctly except
that the Host Summary Report never shows any order, although there are
two fields related to orders on the screen. Using 6.2 Pro. Is there a
parameter that I have not yet been able to find? At least, I know that
the ISP has turned on the option in Apache to capture referrer information.
